AMA provides email invoices monthly for the following month. Tuition for each month is due on the 25th of the previous month in order to secure student spots on the schedule.
If at any point a student wishes to pause their lessons, the adult student or parent should notify AMA by email at ​Catherine@AlleghenyMusicAcademy.com, and their Instructor, by the first of the month.
In the event of a missed lesson, please contact your instructor and AMA as soon as possible. We will make every effort to provide a make-up lesson, at the Instructor's discretion. We value our Instructors and will pay them for the time that they reserve each month.
